 Boxing Fitness with Karen (in-person/indoors) at 10am This class is only for those who have taken Boxing Fitness here and have completed an Intermediate Boxing Assessment by the instructor. Throwing punches is a fun way to stay strong and fit at any age, but it is especially beneficial for older adults. Boxing moves are great for cognitive function.  Dates: Thursdays; May 1,8,15,22,29 Silver Age Chair Yoga with Carmen (IN PERSON) at 10:30am Silver Age Chair Yoga is a program designed to meet the special health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is a gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures as well as chair supported standing postures will be practiced.
