Wednesdays Silver Age Chair Yoga with FLOOR EXERCISE (IN PERSON) Wednesday at 9am NEW** This program is designed to meet the needs of older adults. Participate at your own level of comfort. This is a gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures, chair supported standing postures, and floor exercises will be practiced. Participants must be able to get on floor and raise without assistance. January Dates: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25 Intermediate Yoga with Andrea (in-person/indoors)  at 9am It is necessary to have some experience with yoga before you take intermediate yoga. Continue to explore the fundamentals as you learn to breathe and move deeply from within. Practice light movements with consciousness to build strength, balance, and flexibility and inner peace. Dates: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25 Gentle Yoga with Elizabeth (on Zoom) at 9am Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. Must have camera on and be able to see and be seen by instructor. Participants will not be admitted after 9:10am. January Dates: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25 Strength and Mobility with Cam (In-Person/indoors) at 10am This intermediate level class can be adapted to accommodate different needs and capabilities. It focuses on light strength training to build up muscular strength with balance and mobility work. The intervals are slowly paced with minimal up and down movement. Please bring light weights and a yoga mat. January Dates: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25 Tai Chi with Kenji (in-person/indoors) at 10:30am    Tai Chi is a slow and gentle exercise that is suitable for older adults, even if they are managing chronic conditions. It offers the benefits of flexibility, muscle strengthening, and endurance training. Tai Chi can improve the health of seniors without worsening existing impairments. January Dates: 1/11, 1/18, 1/25. Keep Your Independence With Tommy @Donovan Manor (In Person/indoors) at 11:15am Description: Keep Your Independence through easy, fun movements designed to help you manage: stairs, chairs, cars, walking, balance and mind/body connections.
