Silver Age Chair Yoga with Carmen (in-Person) Description: A program designed to meet the special health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is an in-person gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures as well as chair supported standing postures will be practiced.
